Each sequence movement is shown in concrete application (Bunkai) in the idea of the Kyokushinkai: absolute respect of the kata move, but combat realism.

It is the fruit of 25 years of personal research and teaching at the Branch-Chief FKOK, official kata instructor at the European Kyokushinkai of the INSEP of Holland for the summer camp at Papendal.
