Hervé Gheldman has been practicing the martial Arts for 41 years.
In this film he’s sharing his experience with you after many years spent in competitions and training courses all over the world.
In the first part of this film you will find samples of self defense techniques with or without any weapon in an urban environment, filmed from different angles, in real speed and slow motion, explained in details by the author.
The second part is a training course in a dojo, using new techniques also explained in details, which will enable you to work with good technical basis. Nowadays, Hervé Gheldman who is specialized in free fight techniques develops his system, directly inspired from Sambo.
Since 1991, he regularly travels to Russia in order to master the Art of the Russian Fight, a discipline which is highlighted by fighters like Oleg TAKTAROV and Fedor EMYLIANENKO.
His Sambo method is a modern art and, contrary to many other disciplines, it is not stilted in its form but it is in a constant evolution. Sambo belongs to any fighter : sport, self defense, for the small ones, the strong ones or even the weak ones….for everyone.
There are as many Sambos as there are fighters and each of them, by using the techniques, will have to discover his own system according to his personality.
