This is a martial arts instructional video that every serious martial arts practitioner should have in their collection. I have professionally studied Chinese martial arts for 50 years, with a particular focus on Feeding White Crane, the only style of Chinese martial arts created by a woman.

This video presents the first and second routines of Feeding Crane, together with more than 30 practical application techniques. 
After practicing Feeding Crane for several years, the body can develop a tremendous, explosive power, called "thunder power." This skill has been lost for a long time and is unique among martial arts styles around the world.
